A great Professional styled bodyboard. This board has many top features making it suitable for the hard core body boarder or beginner alike. The beginner will find that the advanced features make the board more stable in a wave, easier to control and comfortable too. The more advanced bodyboarder will find the speed a great advantage along with a good "bite" in the wave face.
Now for the features.
The board has a 60/40 rail (60% bottom 40% top) this provides the bite and some of the speed of the bodyboard.
The board is lined with a polypro slick bottom.
The back of the bodyboard is cut away in crescent style, this have two effects. The first is that it makes the board very comfortable to hold thus reducing fatigue. The second is that when catching the wave, your body is held between the two outer wings of the crescent, this stops any twisting of the board on the "drop in".
The top surface of the board is lined with a soft but hard wearing foam.
A deck plug, loop and tether style leash with Velcro fixings are also provided.
An "EPS" core provides the main strength within the board.
TWIN rear concaves on the back of the board provide stunning wave grip, more stability and above all more speed.
The beginner should not be scared off by the speed aspect of this board. The extra speed WILL HELP in catching your first waves. As your riding style improves, you will be able to achieve maximum speed, ride control and the ability to pull tricks.
