At Soles Up Front we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 7-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 working days of the date you received the item

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, Please package the relevant item securely and send it to : Returns, Soles Up Front. Brickfields, Grampound road, Truro, Cornwall. TR2 4EJ within 7 working days following the date that the item was delivered to you.

For your protection, we recommend that you use an insured recorded-delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective (in this case the item may need to be inspected by the manufacturer prior to a refund being issued). If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

If you are returning the item for an exchange, Please email or call to check the new item is in stock. You will be responcible for the postal cost. A small charge will be payable to cover the cost of posting the item back to you.

Please note:

• On cancellation of the contract the consumer is under a duty to restore goods to the supplier.
• In the meantime to take reasonable care of them.
• Shall be under a duty to take reasonable care to see that they are received by the supplier.
• That the goods are not damaged in transit.
• Require the consumer to return goods under the contract, If not you must pay the cost to the supplier of recovering them.
• You have a 7 working day cancellation period to inform us and return the goods.

• All of our products come with a 12 month guarantee (unless otherwise stated)
• Items with free delivery will be deemed as us having already paid the original delivery cost and this will be deducted from your refund amount. (You will still be responsible for the return delivery cost.)
